Creating Community

Part of this journey was shared with the people I church with and I was amazed how this three-week docujourney still imprints my soul.

Interior Florida spoke to me through a Pensacola home in movement, old friends in Lady Lake, Sebring's music composition, and Jacksonville's old man river.

South Carolina's sweet grass basket weaving/sewing taught me how lives are weaved together. Some of us are sweet, others bind together, and still others provide contrast.

Grace abounded in North Carolina through stories spoken during the preparation and eating of food. I found a place I could call home.

Brotherly love exuded from my sister in Jesus where I met two of David's mighty men.

People living breathing community in neighborhoods. I came home wanting the same and have begun the move in that direction.

Looking for God continues in a new neighborhood.
